FOUNDER OF PLCS
Lorraine Fabrikis, the founder
of PLCS, has more than 30
years experience as a law
clerk in the corporate/commercial
legal profession. During these
years, 20 of which have been
on a freelance basis, she
has worked side-by-side with
many experienced senior lawyers
in small and medium-size law
firms, providing her with
the experience and knowledge
which she brings to all of
the projects which PLCS handles.
This senior corporate/commercial
knowledge is an asset to each

to tap into it. Her spirit
pushes her to care for every
