A new system has been put in place to help us to better serve you with the up-keep of all of your active companies . Our new data base system will create monthely follow-ups and reminder letters to send to your clients and/or their accountants.

Annuals Package   Annual minutes of the directors and shareholders of a Corporation   $100.00     Annual resolutions of the directors and shareholders of the corporation   $85.00     Each resolution and/or waiver authorizing the payment or accrual of a management bonus/fee/salary and/or the payment of regular dividends   $55.00

The above-referenced costs include the preparation of a reporting letter to your clients on your behalf. Any other resolutions outside of the ordinary annual materials would be prepared at an extra charge.

All other estate matters will be handled on a fee for service basis chargeable at the rate of $110.00 per hour.

All corporate/commercial drafting and transaction work which is not specifically quoted for herein, is based upon the time spent and the complexity of the documentation or the transaction and is billed at the rate of $110.00 per hour, and itemized dockets are provided. Expedite services are also available at an extra charge.

All fees specifically quoted herein are based on a non-expedite, non-complicated basis. If there is original drafting of special share provisions and/or unusual by-law provisions for incorporations, the basic fees quoted herein are subject to adjustment having regard to the time spent and the complexity of the services performed. Where attendance at meetings is required, additional fees may be charged for time spent and travel expenses.

All disbursements incurred including all government charges will be billed as an additional charge.

All fees are also subject to Goods and Services Tax.
